I am the Data Analyst at Smith and Ramirez where I support our roofing teams by turning data into insights that improve the customer experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, which allows me to approach our data with both technical expertise and a practical, business-focused mindset. By working closely with our sales, production, and management teams, I help analyze job performance, costs, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our quality standards.
Originally from California, I’ve enjoyed making El Paso my home and becoming part of the local community. Living here has given me a strong appreciation for the people and properties we serve, and I take pride in contributing to work that helps protect homes and businesses throughout the area.
